Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) is a high-performance fluorinated elastomer that combines exceptional heat and chemical resistance. Compared with conventional fluoroelastomer (FKM), FFKM offers superior heat resistance, plasma resistance, and chemical resistance.
FFKM is an ideal material for O-rings, gaskets, and other sealing components used in harsh environments, including semiconductor manufacturing, chemical processing, and oil and gas applications. It helps ensure reliable process performance and stable equipment operation.

Characteristics
・Outstanding chemical resistance: FFKM exhibits minimal swelling and degradation when exposed to acids, alkalis, amines, solvents, fuels, ketones, esters, and other aggressive chemicals that degrade conventional FKM, while maintaining reliable sealing performance over extended periods.
・Excellent heat resistance: FFKM can be used continuously at temperatures ranging from 200°C to 300°C. Special grades are capable of operation above 300°C while maintaining elasticity and sealing performance.
・High cleanliness: Designed for high-purity applications, it is well suited for semiconductor manufacturing and other contamination-sensitive environments.
・Excellent plasma resistance: Specialized grades provide excellent resistance to plasma environments used in etching and deposition processes.
・Sustained sealing performance: Low compression set and excellent sealing force retention ensure minimal leakage over long-term service.
